ABOUT
MIRABELLE SPISERÌA
Mirabelle offers a kitchen that fuses Danish and Mediterranean gastronomy. The inspiration comes from Italy, creating dishes that are simple, flavorful, and full of life. For dinner, we offer a varied selection of à la carte dishes suited for any occasion, as well as a smaller set menu, perfect to enjoy with one of our many Italian wines. At Mirabelle, a touch of Italian sunshine meets Danish “hygge” on Guldbergsgade 29.
From bakery to “Spiserìa”
After nearly a decade as a bakery, Mirabelle reinvented itself as a Spiserìa and vineria in March 2023. The idea behind the Spiserìa is to merge the modern Copenhagen all-day eatery with the spirit of a traditional Italian trattoria. At Mirabelle, you’ll find classic Sicilian dishes such as granita, arancini, and pasta, alongside a more contemporary kitchen inspired by the sun of the south and the Mediterranean’s simple yet bold flavors like capers, anchovies, and oregano. The so-called “cucina povera” of Sicily has its own universe at Mirabelle Spiserìa — and in these times of inflation, it feels more relevant than ever.
Our wine list is curated by our sommelier Marco Bartone, focusing on artisanal and carefully selected wines, elegantly steering clear of the large semi-industrial producers. We proudly showcase what a modern Italian wine list can and should be.
Mirabelle’s famous sourdough bread
Although Mirabelle is now a Spiserìa, you can still stop by and pick up our highly acclaimed, freshly baked sourdough bread every day from 8:30 AM. You’ll also find cakes and other pastries at the counter, perfect to enjoy with a freshly brewed coffee from Mirabelle.
